1. When will you mail my item(s) out?

After the confirmation of payment is done, your item(s) will be posted within 3 working days.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days. However, we will still reply to your emails. (:


2. Do you do meetups?

Due to some unhappy experiences with meetups, we regret to inform you that we will not be doing meetups anymore.



3. Do you swap?

No, we do not swap.


3. How do you determine the postage and handling fees?


Postage Cost will be dependent on the total weight of the item(s).

Please refer to Singpost Local Mail Rates.
We will charge non-standard mail rates.

4. What size suits me best?

Our model is a UK10, wearing normally a Medium.

Here is a rough guide:


UK6-8: Small
UK8-10: Medium
UK10-12: Large

However, there are some apparels that have a bigger cutting and a UK8-10 might be able to wear a 'Small' so it is best to enquire first before making your orders.


5. Any further discount for bulk purchase and do you supply?

10% discount for purchases above SGD200!



There is one last thing to take note of. As the both of us are holding a full-time job now, we might take a longer time to reply to your emails. But, no worries! We will definitely reply within 48 hours. (:
